The fire department was alerted Monday morning to a new fire at an apartment complex in Athens. According to a post from the fire department, a total of twelve firefighters are working with four vehicles.
Specifically, there was a fire in an apartment complex on Pappada Street in the Municipality of Athens, specifically near Katahaki Street.

The fire at Dimitrio Raleigh is under control
Earlier, a fire broke out in an apartment complex located on Dimitrio Raleigh Street in Athens. The fire department comprising 15 firemen along with four vehicles and a special ladder truck rushed to the spot and brought it under control.
According to the fire service, no one was injured in the fire, while the cause of the fire is under investigation.
