Motion of no confidence from PaSoK today: 4 questions from Androlakis to Mitsotakis

At noon today, Tuesday 26/3, the leader of PaSoK, Nikos Androulakis, is expected to present a motion of no confidence against the government. The proposal comes after the insurer's revelations about falsified data that came to light after the Tempe tragedy.

Revelations about a matter that touched all of Greece. It moved the society horizontally following the developments, but also the relatives of the victims, 13 months after the tragedy, to ask for justice and turn to competent European authorities.

The publication caused a stir on social media, as well as political developments. In the days to come, the Parliament will become the arena where the leaders of the parties will clash. Nikos Androulakis asks questions and Kyriakos Mitsotakis is asked to answer them.

Motion of no confidence

50 MPs, i.e. 1/6th of the National House of Representatives, are required to file a motion of censure or no-confidence against the government or its members, as described in Article 84 of the Constitution.

PaSoK does not have that many MPs. But he will form alliances and complete the required number.

The sudden move by Nikos Androulakis and his reflexes on this particular issue made him the director of political developments and mobilized a fragmented opposition until yesterday.

Alexis Haritzis from the New Left, Zoe Constantopoulou from Bluessi Eleftherias and Stephanos Kassalakis, the head of SYRIZA, responded to the call and announced their support for the censure resolution presented by PaSoK. Harilao is something positively valued by Trichopis and shows that he can communicate with other parties as and when needed.

“COVER UP GLASS OVERFLOWED”

A prominent member of the team told BIMA, “Covered glass was overflowing, the crime scene was falsified, raids were conducted within days, wagons were moved without following rules and making proper arrangements. Register. The station master is not the only one responsible for this crime, that's for sure.”

At the same time, he added, “We agree with many of the opposition parties on all these, and we have to see if there are MPs who are worthy of the post that the people have given them in the new democracy.”

Additionally, in PaSoK they point out that the issue of Tempe tragedy will be fully discussed and in the news with their censorship movement. He will never be forgotten. They pointed out, “Government, Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Konstantinos A. Karamanlis, who did not show up when the decision of the investigative committee was discussed. Now, why is there a rush to close this case in the investigation that took place, why the key witnesses were not called, why the Prime Minister and the former Minister of Transport decided not to participate in the parliamentary meeting. I have to answer that too.

Important questions

In Harilaou Trikoupi they have not forgotten the decision of the President of the European Public Prosecutor's Office and they will refer to it several times during the debate in the plenary session of the Parliament, but also the rule of law as they say. is collapsing.

Their aim, they insist, is to shed light on the cover-up that the government and Prime Minister Kiriakos Mitsotakis have been trying to do since the first moment of the tragedy in Tempe. Allowed by the Constitution.

For this reason, they ask that four important questions be answered without shadows:

1. At that early hour, who prioritized meddling with important investigative material?

2. Who has access to important audiovisual content before the Greek Police and the Greek Judiciary?

3. Who edited the dialogues to reinforce the human error theory?

4. Who eventually leaked them and distributed them to the media?

They hope that through these questions, many dark parts of the case will come to light and other culprits besides the station master will be found.
